Nicholas (Nick) is a free spirit that loves to travel, camera in hand. Luckily we caught him whenever he wasn’t either busy taking professional photos or gallivanting off to Europe and got him in the studio for an interview.
Starting off the questions proper, we asked how he found his first true love, stills photography. He started in his sophomore year of high school working for the yearbook staff at his high school. Eventually he saved up enough money for his own camera and then became so good that the high school hired him when he was going to college to come back and teach photography to students. He is a great teacher, he taught Daniel how to use his own camera and sent Daniel off down the road of filmmaking.
Nick is there for the most important moments of people’s lives. From wedding photography, senior pictures, etc- these are all tender moments and he always manages to bring ‘the light to the surface’ and ‘show people their own beauty.’
